I would like to propose two changes to current election laws:
1) People who stand on street corners, waving signs endorsing a particular candidate or position, thinking it will influence someone's vote, should not be allowed to vote.
2) People whose votes are influenced by seeing above-mentioned people with signs, should not be allowed to vote.
